THIS IS A SECURITY DEPOSIT FOR DAMAGES AND WILL BE PROTECTED WITHIN A GOVERNMENT-BACKED TENANCY DEPOSIT SCHEME
YOUR FIRST RENTAL PAYMENT SHALL ALSO BE REQUIRED IN ADVANCE.

SECURE YOUR TENANCY
