As we approach the end of 2024, it’s time to take a moment to reflect on the incredible growth and achievements at GLB Property Services this year. It’s been a year full of milestones, new ventures, and exciting developments, and we couldn’t be more proud of how far we’ve come.
Branch Expansion
One of the biggest highlights of 2024 was the opening of our second branch in Leamington Spa. This significant milestone has allowed us to better serve our clients in the region and strengthen our presence in the property market. Alongside this, we expanded into Derby, marking a new chapter for GLB Property Services and providing even more opportunities for both tenants and landlords in the Midlands. Our growing portfolio in Birmingham has also seen great success, allowing us to support even more customers with their property needs across a wider area.
Team Growth
2024 also saw us grow our fantastic team. We were thrilled to welcome Beth, our new Lettings Negotiator for Coventry, in February. Beth has quickly become an invaluable part of our team, playing a key role in helping maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants in Coventry. Her expertise has been vital in ensuring our Coventry office continues to thrive.
In addition, we were excited to bring Liv on board as Trainee Letting Negotiator, a vital part of our ongoing commitment to providing excellent service. Liv’s experience and dedication have already made a significant impact, and she’s been helping us deliver our goals and expand our reach even further.
A Record-Breaking Year
Throughout 2024, we’ve been incredibly proud of our accomplishments in property lettings, with over 250 lets agreedthis year. While not record-breaking, this is a strong and successful year, reflecting our continued dedication to providing top-notch property management and services to both landlords and tenants.
Looking Ahead: 2025
Looking forward to 2025, we’re gearing up for an even more exciting year as we celebrate our official 10th anniversaryon March 2nd. It’s hard to believe how far we’ve come since opening our doors a decade ago, and we’re thrilled to mark this incredible milestone.
The future is bright, and we are committed to continuing our growth, expanding our services, and providing the highest level of service to our clients.
