GLB Property Services Limited has just turned 10 years old, with a booming branch in Coventry we opened our second branch in Leamington Spa last year to cover the Warwickshire area and show a new town a fresh new approach to estate agency life. We specialise in property sales, lettings, property & HMO management, with a variety of service options to suit all, as well as having a fantastic team who are always eager to assist our clients in finding, selling or maintaining property. As the branches continue to grow, we now need to expand our team in both our Coventry & Leamington Spa branches with a super organised administrator with a passion for property and a role that is busy and varied daily…never a dull day!
Part-Time Administrator / Receptionist – Leamington Office
Location: 10 Denby Buildings, Regent Grove, Leamington Spa, CV32 4NY
Hours: Monday – Friday (Roughly 25 hours per week but this is flexible)
& 1 Saturday per month (9am-1pm)
The Job Role –
- Telephone enquiries
- Marketing / Social media
- Sales chasing
- Invoices
- New client contracts/checks
- AML checks
- General admin

Hours: Monday – Friday (Roughly 25 hours per week but this is flexible)
& 1 Saturday per month (9am-1pm)

- Tenant referencing
- Tenancy renewals
- Section notices
- Booking property inspections
- Inspection reports
- General admin
Experience would be preferred but not essential as long as there is a strong admin background.
