Meet the Team

I first started my career in Property 13 years ago, starting as a maintenance consultant, from there my passion grew, progressing on to a Lettings Negotiator and finally a manager. I then just over 5 years ago made the decision to plan and start my own agency, having huge ideas of how an agency can offer better quality of service for both landlords and tenants, ideas of how we can progress with this ever changing industry and so GLB was born and I have never looked back since. We have come so far in the last 5 years, it’s been a lot of hard work, a lot of long days/nights but it is all worth it, as I know we are building and continuously growing a company to be proud of. We were originally solely offering a Lettings service, but I am pleased to announce we have expanded to include sales now too, with all the values of a traditional agency but the style of a modern online agency too including that all important presence of a great team! My life is pretty much solely all about GLB, but when I do get some time out your generally find me walking the coast somewhere with my little four legged companion!

My career in lettings is soon approaching 10 years! Starting in the industry as a young apprentice within a specialised property academy I obtained ARLA qualifications in Residential Lettings & Property Management by 2011. The Coventry agent whereby I was based for my apprenticeship hired me immediately and I went on to become a successful lettings negotiator, building strong relations with portfolio Landlords in Coventry.

Since day 1 at GLB in 2015 I have been alongside Gemma during the build of the business, taking on duties in all aspects of lettings and welcoming new team members along the way. In 2018 I welcomed my baby boy and took a short break from the world of property, having now returned in 2019 I have transitioned from face to face lettings and am now based in office dealing with all the important duties behind the scenes as GLBs Lettings Coordinator. Having experience in all sectors I am here for assistance in any enquiries, Landlord or Tenant.

My passion for my job began when I completed my Property Management degree back in 2013, I knew at this point it was an industry that I wished to become my career and something I would enjoy on a day to day basis. I have worked for a new build company and 1 other property agency previously before starting with GLB over 2 years ago and feel I have now found my forever home within a great team. I spend my days liaising with tenants, landlords and contractors to ensure all tenancies run as smoothly as possible with a quick turnaround on any maintenance issues reported, regularly inspecting properties to ensure both tenants and landlords are satisfied with the property and completing the necessary arrangements for the tenants check in and out procedure.

I have a 1 year old son who keeps me on my toes when I’m out of the office, a work life/ family life balance is not always easy but is all very worthwhile. Currently planning for my wedding next year and having just moved home, it’s been a somewhat busy year so far, but all very exciting and many more adventures ahead.

I started at GLB as an Apprentice a year ago having had a keen interest in the property market, I've learnt a huge amount over the last 12 months having completed an in-house Apprenticeship training course, including learning key skills in negotiating, customer service, marketing and administration, and am so pleased to now be a fully qualified Lettings Negotiator. Throughout my apprenticeship I have completed the following RLA (Residential Landlords Association) courses, and built up a real passion for what I do, helping people find the perfect property for them as well as liaising with our landlords on a day to day basis.

  • Law of Agency
  • Agents Principles of Lettings
  • Advanced Principles of Lettings

When I'm out of the office I enjoy the social life, travel and spending time with my family.
