Our Landlord Services

Tenant Find

  • Tenacy Setup Fee: Minimum £300
  • 75% of the first month's rent + VAT
  • One-off payment for each tenancy

Rent Collection

  • 8% commission of rental income+VAT
  • Tenancy setup fee: Minimum £150
  • 50% of the first month's rent + VAT

Fully Managed

  • 10% commission of rental income + VAT
  • Tenancy Setup: Minimum £150
  • 50% of the first month's rent + VAT


  • 12% commission of rental income + VAT
  • Tenancy setup fee: Minimum £500
  • 100% of first month's rent + VAT

Optional Extras

Deposit Disputes  - £99.00 + VAT

At the end of the tenancy should there be any disputes with tenants in respects of any deductions, this can be a lengthy and time consuming process, although ultimately it is the decision of the ADR of the deposit scheme, ensuring all evidence is supplied is presented correctly can make a huge difference, so let us take the time to do this for you.

  • Review and collect all evidence to support the deductions stated
  • Put forward to the DPS including relevant tenancy documents, media evidence, receipts & invoices
  • Compile a written statement to support evidence
  • Respond to evidence supplied by tenants including further evidence if required
  • Carry out the process until a decision has been made by the ADR (Alternative Deposit Resolution)

Inventory Reports  - £99.00 + VAT

  • Detailed report of the condition and contents of the property
  • Images included
  • Copies sent to the tenant(s) to be reviewed and signed off
  • Copy sent to the landlord for their records

Full Check In - £75.00 + VAT

  • Meet the new tenants at the property
  • Show them all necessary information required to be known in respect of the use of the property
  • Check through the inventory with the tenants and discuss/resolve any issues found
  • Sign off the inventory
  • Provide guidance on use of any appliances supplied
  • Key hand over

Tenancy Renewals - £99.00 + VAT *

  • Re-reference the Tenants/Guarantors if required
  • Re-negotiate if required
  • Provide rent increase notice if required
  • Draw up new tenancy documents
  • New documents will be sent to tenants/guarantors to be e-signed
  • Copies provided to both Tenant and Landlord
    *(should re-referencing be required an additional £50.00 will apply)

Checkout Report - £75.00 + VAT

  • Thorough inspection of the property will be completed at the end of the tenancy
  • Report compiled including photos and provided to the landlord/tenant
  • Quotes for any damage/issues requiring to be rectified further to the completion of the checkout
