Personal Assistant to Managing Director – GLB Property Services

Are you highly organised, proactive, and capable of juggling multiple tasks? GLB Property Services is seeking a dedicated and reliable Personal Assistant to support our Managing Director, Gemma. This is a unique role that blends professional PA duties with assistance in household organisation and life admin. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, loves keeping things running smoothly, and can confidently handle a wide range of responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with household chores, upkeep, and decluttering
- Life admin including organising the home, ensuring everything is in order
- Act as the first point of contact for Gemma, handling phone calls and emails, responding or passing on messages as required
- Manage diaries, organise meetings, and arrange appointments, controlling access to Gemma when needed
- Book and arrange travel, transport, and accommodation
- Organise events and conferences, ensuring everything runs smoothly
- Remind Gemma of important tasks and deadlines, ensuring nothing is missed
- Type, compile, and prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Manage databases and filing systems to keep everything organised
- Implement and maintain administrative procedures and systems
- Liaise with staff, suppliers, and clients as needed
- Collate and file expenses, ensuring everything is accurate and up-to-date
- Handle miscellaneous tasks, which may include research, reporting, or ensuring the business complies with regulations
About You:
- Highly organised with excellent multitasking skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Able to work independently and manage your time effectively
- Confident in handling personal and professional tasks with discretion
- Flexible, adaptable, and proactive with a can-do attitude
- Previous experience as a PA is desirable but not necessary
